I was surprised and delighted to find myself among the winners! First of all, it’s always nice to win something 🙂 And second, as a (somewhat infrequent) follower of your blog, I was sure the book would be full of interesting and helpful advice.
So far I read the chapter about working with grad students and postdocs (being a postdoc myself, this was particularly intriguing!). I found this to be a very refreshing perspective from the other side of the fence. I particularly enjoyed the part on Shockley’s list.
Anyway, just to thank you for this unexpected gift and for writing this book in the first place.
