    I get to experience most of these moods (well, except the last one), sometimes during a single day. I hope it is normal.

  2. 🙂 Totally normal! There’s a fractal structure to the mood distribution on the tenure track.

  3. The point of the tenure process is to get you so used to gerbilling that you cannot stop. Think of it as an IQ test, if you succeed you fail.
