I think it would work well as a joke if she were obviously pregnant (since pregnant women are being constantly told to kegel).

Mostly, it just dawned on me yesterday that Hegel rhymed with Kegel, and I immediately saw this comic. From there on, I just had to draw it, as silly as it is.
