I do like kale, though!
I like kale OK (not my favorite) but have never tried to chip-ify them. I think it’d make me sad.

I made some kale chips last night (with olive oil, salt, and a little lemon) and they are actually pretty yummy… But let’s face it — they are wilted, crunchy greens; they are no chips. (Middle Boy was dismayed, “Mom, stop eating weird stuff!”)
Personally, I think kale chips are the best use of kale… Not the best kind of chip, but the best kind of kale.
